The modern, newly built Villa A is located in the charming town of Fazana in the western part of the Istrian peninsula and will delight you with its luxury, comfort and relaxed atmosphere. It represents everything you have always dreamed of so that you can fully indulge in enjoyment together with your family or a group of your dearest friends. Villa A has 350 m2 and offers accommodation for 8 guests. The airy living room, surrounded by unusual windows, is flooded with sunlight and furnished with a comfortable sofa and an interesting modern fireplace. The luxurious design is interspersed with a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms, a gym and even a covered outdoor barbecue so you can enjoy delicious meals at any time of the day. There is also a 40 m2 pool surrounded by sun loungers, and from the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the beautiful Brijuni islands, which will enchant you with their beauty and richness of flora and fauna. The first floor is wheelchair accessible. The location of the villa is as exceptional as the villa itself and offers you countless opportunities to get to know this part of Croatia. You won't go wrong if you want to drive on wine roads or olive oil roads into the interior of Istria or get to know the rich culture of medieval towns, play golf or have fun in a water park. The coastline offers numerous sea activities and charming towns and villages that will delight you with their cultural and gastronomic offer. *The pool is heated from April 15 to October 1. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
