Fantastic villa with pool, table soccer and BBQ

The newly built Villa Linea in Valbandon can accommodate up to eight people. This modern villa is spread over two floors and has a refined design. On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, a modern kitchen with dining area and a living room with access to the pool and a covered terrace with summer kitchen. On the second floor, connected to the interior staircase, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms, each with a balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the outdoor pool while drinking your morning coffee. In warm weather you can swim in the pool, sunbathe or play basketball and badminton. If you want to spend your time outside the villa, visit the nearby towns of Pula, Fažana or the beautiful islands of Brijuni. Villa Linea is an ideal choice for all ages - here you will spend a beautiful summer vacation in even more beautiful Istria.

Luxuriöse Villa

Die luxuriöse Villa bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist toll und bietet viel Platz zum Schwimmen und Entspannen. Besonders gut hat uns die Privatsphäre gefallen – perfekt, um dem Alltagsstress zu entfliehen. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die großzügige Terrasse mit Grillbereich war ein weiteres Highlight. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist auch gut für eine Workation geeignet, dank der ruhigen Umgebung und der guten WLAN-Verbindung. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen!
