The Space:

Step into your dream house and discover a haven of relaxation. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our space offers ample room for your group to spread out and unwind. Sink into luxurious beds after a day of exploration.



Situated right in front of Wilson Park, a Fayetteville favorite. The park has walking trails, a public pool, tennis courts, a play area for kids, and much more. It is like renting a house with an extra large yard. The house is also within walking distance Razorback trail system, Dickson St., and the Fayetteville Square, our location provides easy access to the best of the city. We are also conveniently located just 1 mile from the Razorback Stadium, making us an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts. Plus, you're just minutes away from grocery stores and a variety of local restaurants.

Downstairs, you'll find another inviting living space with the 104" screen movie projector and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy.



Kitchen:

Our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a large island, has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, and more.



Bedrooms:

*Upstairs Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private bathroom, large closet, and Smart TV.

*Downstairs Master Bedroom: King-sized bed and private bathroom.

*Guest Bedroom: King bed with firm spring mattresses and reading lamps.



This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



Please note the house has exterior cameras and interior cameras in the common areas. The interior cameras will be completely covered up during your stay.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.



Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Guest Access:

Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Wilson Park district and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Just blocks from downtown and Dickson St.



Other Things to Note:

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.



- No smoking



- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Must be at least 25 years old to book



- Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



- Garage is not available to guests.



- We require an additional deposit for guests hosting their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
