Southern feel brand new house with a modern touch. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, cable TV in each bedroom and living room, high speed wifi internet, full kitchen, living room, and patio. Perfect location to everything in Fayetteville, bike trails, and really good food!

This rental is for the entire home so you will not see me and there will not be anyone else in the home. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available through text, call or Airbnb messaging.

Formally known as 'The Coves', this neighborhood is tucked away just northeast of Farmington, and southwest of Mountain Ranch Apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet, contains sidewalks throughout and a few walking paths as well as a neighborhood park -- Holland Park Located at 4385 West Alberta Street, Fayetteville, AR 72704. The neighbors are all super friendly!

You will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage (game room) and back patio.

Parking is limited to the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. In the downtown area, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Public transportation is also available via Ozark Regional Transit and Razorback Transit.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

This was a great property. Rooms were good size Game room was super fun. Spacious outdoor area and back yard. Host was super responsive and friendly I would give this property 5 stars. However, one of the main reasons we rented the property was the outdoor space and grill. We had purchased several hundred dollars of meat to grill for the weekend. The grill was out of propane due to the valve being left open. Not a big deal, we could have gotten another tank. But, the grill was completely unusable. Grates were rusted & not clean, the flame guards were crumbled and rusted. The grease trap was not attached. Other than the grill, house was good.

It was an amazing property. We received the door code in advance of our stay. The house was spotless. The game room was fun. The fire pit had plenty of wood and the weather was perfect.
