Nice place that is in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive or uber/lyft ride from Ark campus and downtown. The back yard was super pet friendly for our dog. We'd stay here again.

Nice House

My husband and two small pets stayed two nights, originally 3 nights however husband got food poisoning therefore our stay was short. The house is on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood and close to UARK. The house has all the amenities which was nice so we didn't have to purchase a lot of small things. Large yard perfect for pets. We would definitely stay here again!

Fayetteville Gem

The rental was perfect for what we needed and the location was amazing. Close to everything but the neighborhood is super quiet one house down from a walking trail. The house was equipped well (the kitchen was small but had everything we needed). Our family stayed for a month while our house was being renovated. We’d definitely stay again if we needed a place to rent short term.

Great place to stay when visiting students at UARK!

This was the perfect place for us to stay when we came to Fayetteville for our son’s graduation. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and it was very easy to get to campus quickly.

Game weekend

We have two boys at university of Arkansas and we have college friends that have a son there as well. we all met in Fayetteville to go to the football game and visit with our kids. This house was perfect! Very clean and was in a great location for us. My only complaint was that they didn't have an iron but I just asked my son to bring me his to use.

Fall in the hills

We had a 4 day weekend available to visit with our college student. This was a lovely home close to her and had easy access to all that we needed. The backyard was absolutely charming and we enjoyed a fire and smores on one of our evenings. We did most of our eating elsewhere, but the kitchen seemed well stocked and even had a generous spice rack available. We were so excited to find such a charming home that allowed us to bring our pups up to visit as well. They enjoyed the backyard and two beautiful hikes in the area.

Weekend get away

We came for a weekend getaway with my sister and Mom. The house was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. It was in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway to get to downtown Fayetteville and the campus, as well as, Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. I would highly recommend this rental.

The house and backyard is cute and was a short drive to downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was very responsive. My only critique would be that there is no counter space in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for family visits to U of Ark

House feels very roomy for it's size, even with 3 bedrooms it doesn't feel cramped at all. If you're travelling with a pet this is the spot for you, the backyard is very secure and HUGE! Plenty of room for kids to run around and for the family to hangout on the swings around the firepit. Only a 10-15min drive from anyplace on campus or the downtown square. Bonus... if you want to play golf or enjoy a dog park you're about 3-5min away. Plenty of food just down the street if you need it but the kitchen is well appointed so if you want to eat in it's perfect. Will definitely be staying here again - Thanks

This property was just like the description. Beds were comfy. Dog loved the fenced in yard. Owner provided firewood for the adorable fire pit. And sent over bagels for breakfast! Close to campus. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The only negative is the old furnace needs to be replaced. Owner had portable heaters to help out but it was pretty cold the whole time. And the front door code didn’t work at first but the owner came over and fixed it within minutes
