We are 19 minutes from sassafras winery and downtown Dickson street, the heart of Fayetteville. Everything we needed and expected. Surrounding area was peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Short drive in to visit my son in Fayetteville and the surrounding area and a little closer to the hiking we did out west (near Ponca). A little warm for this time of year (March) but the AC worked great. Thanks had a lovely visit!

The high stress friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. I found the apt clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for the shower. I would recommend highly. The one thing that was a bit substandard was the internet. It was weak and would shut down from time to time. I was there to ride so it didn’t matter to me.

An amazing place to stay. It is far enough out of town that you don't have to deal with the Fayetteville traffic but close enough to spontaneously drive in. The perfect place for a calm weekend. Check out and check in were very simple. And the host is a great communicator!

Great spot for gravel biking!

It was a perfect get away spot at a reasonable price! I ended up finding some great gravel biking routes starting in Goshen. The hosts are very nice and I really enjoyed meeting them. I will be back if I am in Arkansas again!

Perfect for our needs

The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with incidentals . The furnishings were attractive and minimalist - which we appreciated. The mattress was great!!
