The upstairs lounge serves as a fantastic getaway to rest, relax, read, write, catch up on your favorite shows, or as a kids’ homework/play area.

In the oversized courtyard you’ll be greeted with lush greenery, spacious furniture with seating for 10 and all of the accouterments needed for outdoor entertaining including: outdoor bar, gas fire pit, string lights, outdoor speakers and a beautiful white, brick wall crafted especially for outdoor movie night.

From the front door, step into the light and bright! Upon entering the elegant, half moon, double-doors your senses will be embraced by amazing scents and the relaxing vibes of pure white shiplap, calm gray, deep blues hues, and warm, boho wood grain. This home boasts a gas fireplace, mud space, open-concept, living, dining, and chef’s kitchen inclusive of stainless steel Bosch appliances, extra deep refrigerator, and an ultra organized walk-in pantry. With both doors open, the indoor/outdoor living experience, ceiling speakers and fall breeze will transport you to serenity.

Upstairs greets you with 20’ tall ceilings, 3 bedrooms, 2 spa-like baths, laundry, dedicated office space, and an upstairs lounge. The sun-filled, master bedroom -inspired by the healing touch of Sedona, Arizona- includes his and hers custom closets (including drawers), an immaculate luxury shower, oversized, modern barn door, and a full-feature wall lined with reclaimed wood from a local 112 year-old barn!
