Nice staff. TV quit working, desk advised it was their 3rd party cable provider. Why use them if they don’t work? Took 3-4 tries to unlock room door. Apparently lock needed battery changed. Put us between 2 rooms of late night noisy guys who talked and carried on outside our room.

It's a good location right off the highway. However, the highway noise is extremely loud in the room and the building is very poorly maintained. It's fine if you need a cheap place to crash in the middle of a drive but I certainly wouldn't recommend it if you plan on hanging around in your room or the area for very long

We checked in early around 9am and checked out the same day around 7 after seeing more than a few bugs. That was day one of a 4 night stay

Hotel letdown

The ladies at the front desk/check-in were absolutely the nicest and friendliest..Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the room :-(..The hotel needs a complete overhaul, no painting over will do..I had bugs(live) as well as discovered a dead cockroach near the heating/AC unit..There is a gap at the bottom of the door(I was in room 127)and had to roll a towel up and place it there so the cool overnite air wouldn't come in..Also, I'd advise not advertising a breakfast since there isn't one, however they did have coffee and breakfast bars available..There is a mini-fridge, microwave and simple coffee maker in the room which was nice..My sheets and linens were clean and very nicely folded-though there was no lotion supplied(I did bring my own), there was shampoo & soap for the shower..I feel the owners may just be slum lords which is unfortunate b/c it's such an easy on and off of 95 and could be a wonderful convenient experience for travelers..

Bugs. Some dead, some alive, but in the floor. There was also a used towel hung on the door. Nothing else matters. Bugs= 1 star. Period.

There was hair & dental floss on the bathroom floor. Also dust behind the ironing board & furniture needed a good dusting! Like it had not been occupied or checked in a while! The rest was fine, but I also know how quickly dark furniture can get dusty!
