Perfect location

This house was absolutely precious! The host were very responsive and available although I never needed anything. We were in town for a graduation and it was perfectly located close to all the things we did.

Charming house in perfect neighborhood walking distance to campus

My husband, sister and I traveled to Fayetteville this Thanksgiving with our dog to visit family in nearby Prairie Grove. We needed a place with two bedrooms and a fenced yard. This little cottage was perfect! The neighborhood is completely charming, and my sister and I walked to the co-op, to Dickson street and to the square for food and shopping. Easy peasy. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you could ever need, and the management company was easy to get in touch with and proactive with everything. I’d definitely book with them again.

Cute cottage with potential but no there yet

We arrived to the house at 10:45 PM. Unfortunately, the owner had begun refinishing the sole shower inside of the house and had forgotten to put the showerhead or tub faucet back on. There was a tub upstairs, but that wasn’t exactly convenient for three adults at 10:45. We called management, who was readily available, which we appreciated. They did get someone out to the house and had the shower fixed by noon the next day. We were able to make do until then, but it certainly wasn’t ideal. Additionally, the ceiling fans need some serious maintenance. Not only are they terribly noisy, they don’t appear particularly well attached to the ceiling any longer. Again, we were able to make the situation work. There’s a number of cute things about the house. And while management was easy to communicate with, they never offered any type of discount for the inconvenience; Rather they called me several days later to ask if we would go directly through the management company rather than VRBO next time we stay with them… that’s unlikely to occur.

Cute Place

House and property were cute. Decorated nicely. Only reason for not being 5 stars was an issue with the cleaning service. The downstairs bathroom’s trash can was full of smelly sanitary pads from the previous stay and there were cobwebs around the baseboards and in some of the corners in the living room area. The host was notified upon checkout. Otherwise, everything was great.

The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Communication and check in was very easy. The only issue that we had was no internet service. Host was very responsive and worked on the issue, but it was not resolved during our stay. I would not be hesitant to rent again though. Everything else was great.

Rush street stay

The property was very comfortable and conveniently located for us. We really enjoyed the cottage feel and large yard. The beds were very comfortable and the property was equipped with most everything we needed.
