Flop house
Luckily due to circumpstance we were able to stay with family in the area, so we did not stay at the rental. We were only there for about 30 minutes total. The inside was clean, but overall appeared only suitable as an adequate place to sleep. It was not as represented on VRBO. We could not locate a TV in any room and the living sofa/bed was not present. No towels and no curtains in one the bedrooms. The exterior was in a distressed condition. Badly in need of repair and paint. Overflowing garbage cans greeted us as we drove up. Old appliances have been left in the driveway and the yard. It was not represented as a unit in a triplex on VRBO. The back yard is fully fenced, but the areas for each unit are not separated.
