Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Thankfully, no extra charge for the dead mouse.

Opened the front door and found a dead mouse on the mat. Talk about a bad first impression. This place is old and obviously not rented much. Bathroom door used a gate latch for a door handle. This is a one and done for us.
Might want to check on this place a little more often
