The house has totally been restructured in the 2010. It is found in a calm context, in the country, but near to the sea and the small paesino, attainable also afoot. Ideal for absorbed calm vacations in the nature. The house is built with local tufo, and carefully furnished. To the outside it has an ample porch, partially cover and a terrace with a splendid sight. There is a garden taken care of by the owners, with biological products, purchasable on the place. Besides, according to the season, the owners will offer you the fruits of his/her own garden: mulberries, fig trees and fig trees of India.
The villa features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a fenced private yard, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Villetta deliziosa

Più bella rispetto alle foto! Fresca ariosa con grande spazio esterno e fantastica doccia all’aperto scaldata da pannelli solari! Una vera chicca con busta sulla campagna e mare E tutto a pochi passi dal paese e dallo splendido punto di spiaggia Praia e vecchia tonnara Pasquale e la moglie gentilì e delicati. Tutto ottimo!!

Ottima location, vicina al paese ma in un area tranquilla

La casa e i proprietari sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. La casa è arredata in modo originale e caratteristico ed è molto funzionale e pulita. C’è un terrazzo molto ampio, in parte coperto e un terrazzo sul tetto che alla sera può essere utilizzato per la cena. La casa è vicina al centro del paese, velocemente raggiungibile sia in bici che a piedi, ma è anche in un area molto tranquilla. Se si volesse trovare un area di miglioramento potrebbe essere quella di prevedere anche l’aria condizionata, in certe notti aiuterebbe a dormire meglio.
