Dissapointment that the hotel is not a Logis.

Dissapointment that the hotel is not a Logis. We had stayed previousy and earned vouchers on the ETIK membershipand so wer not impressed when our vouchers were not acceptable.

Beautiful setting and peaceful hotel

This is a wonderful place to stay and was our second visit to this hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms in such a beautiful location. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice. We will revisit.

Ok but overpriced

Bit disappointed. Room was ok but noisy. Our window was over the car park with Cars pulling in and out all the time over the gravel which was annoying. Also kitchen staff entrance below so smell of cigarettes wafting through window too. I asked to be moved but nothing else available. If we had been on ground floor opposite the pond it would have been lovely as grounds were pretty.

Customer Satisfaction Not a Priority!

Booked over 5 weeks in advance before going to our holiday home in France for a month, 2 days before our stay we were emailed to say that because we had dogs we needed to be upgraded to a premium room for an additional charge - this should have been done within 2 days of booking not left sooooo late, giving us an opportunity to cancel. The cleaners were also suffering with a lack of attention to detail as there was no gel in the shower dispenser, 1 soap between the 2 of us and I had to raid a loo roll from the restaurant toilet. We ordered our meal and eventually the waitress approached us to ask if we had eaten our starters ... no came the reply ... we had been forgotten! However the hotel is in lovely grounds, our room (which was suitable for disabled) was spacious and there were french doors that opened onto a patio area. It was such a shame that the staff weren't trained well enough and didn't consider the possibility of repeat business - basically they have missed out on an opportunity for 10 nights plus dinner & drinks per year from this customer.

Bon petit hĂŽtel en campagne

Charmant petit hĂŽtel dans la campagne non loin de la baie de Somme. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Mauvais fonctionnement de la chasse d’eau qui a vraiment du mal Ă  Ă©vacuer (chambre 111). Restaurant de qualitĂ© avec une bonne diversitĂ©, bonne carte des vins. Petit dĂ©jeuner bon et copieux. Personnels agrĂ©ables et serviables. À envisager quand les hĂŽtels du Crotoy n’ont plus de place !

Nous avions une bouilloire avec de la moisissure dedans malheureusement. De ce fait nous n'avons pas pĂ» prendre notre cafĂ© du matin. Il y a avais une planche de la salle de bain qui ne tenait pas bien, difficultĂ© a ranger des affaires dans salla de bain. Le 4 Ăšme lit, n'Ă©tait pas un lit a lit a mes yeux. Nous rĂ©servons une chambre pour 4 personnes, 2 adultes et 2 enfant. MĂȘme si c'est des enfant a ce prix lĂ  un enfant ne devrais pas dormir dans un lit comme ça. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu.
