Très belle maison mais pas bien entretenue. Dernière journée on a presque du feux dans la maison. Problème avec électricité 🙄. Sans électricité (ventilateur) dormir dans cette chaleur .

Tres belle villa

Cette villa est très bien construite juate en face de la mer. Les chambres en baies vitrées donne direct sur la mer. On dors avec la brise de mer qui vient jusqu’à nous. Le séjour s’est très bien passé et les habitants du village sont très gentil. Je recommande vivement!

Great house, perfect for relaxing with friends

The house is fantastic, with ample space for 6+ adults and a beautiful out door area and pool. We enjoyed ourselves at the pool and in the house. The Kitchen is well set-up. Anna, the femme de menage was very helpful and provided assistance when we had some questions.

La propriété est magnifique, très agréable à vivre, propre et très confortable avec des pièces spacieuses et très bien aménagées. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Les personnes chargées de l'entretien sont toujours disponibles pour satisfaire nos demandes de préparation de repas, lessive, visites exceptionnelles dans le village. Le propriétaire est de très bon conseil pour préparer au mieux le voyage. Quel bonheur de sortir directement de la maison en maillot de bain pour prendre un bain dans l'océan, de profiter du ciel étoilé depuis la terrasse supérieure, de prendre un verre assis sur les sièges et la table fixée dans la piscine, d'être entouré de voisins sympathiques et accueillants, d'être à proximité d'un petit commerce d'épicerie, du marché, de restaurants fréquentés par les gens du village. Le village bien situé permet de nombreuses visites très intéressantes dans les environs et de belles ballades en charrette dans la savane au bord de la mangrove. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les contacts chaleureux et très riches avec les villageois. Un soir depuis la terrasse nous entendions des chants et le tamtam nous sommes allés dans le village et avons assisté à un mariage, les invités nous ont conviés à danser avec eux. C'était magique.

Nous avons choisi cette maison et ce lieu pour un séjour extrêmement reposant, calme, simple, ensoleillé, sans autres bruits que les vagues de l'océan et les chants d'oiseaux ... la maison est spacieuse, confortable, lumineuse et bien équipée. Elle est en lisière d'un village de pêcheurs d'un autre âge sans voiture, moto, les rencontres avec l'accueil des habitants est agréable tout en restant discret. Très longue plage magnifique, piscine parfaite, poisson frais à portée de main ... un lieu de ressourcement pour qui aime le calme et l'éloignement de la vie trépidante !

Amazing!

We have lived in Senegal for more than a year and the trip to Palmerin was most memorable. The villa is AMAZING and just as pictured. You truly get a feel for being in Senegal while staying in this beautiful place. Pierre (the owner) is very professional and his home staff who will meet you (Anna and Rene) are wonderful. Anna makes wonderful food and Rene (the highlight of the trip) will be able to offer you some amazing adventures! We took the Pirogue trip through the Mangroves and saw beautiful birds, mangroves, and also took a tour through a village. We also went hyena spotting and YES it really was such. We saw 3 hyenas and was the highlight of the children's trip. It was especially nice to take the daily excursions and then come back to the villa and jump in the nice clean, fantastic pool! You can also walk down to the beach which is a few steps behind the house. All of the people of the village are so kind and welcoming, you feel as though you are part of the village yourself! It is quiet and safe. The ONLY downside was that the house does not have air conditioning and it got very, very hot at night despite having ceiling fans in the room (it is also the hottest season in Senegal - Oct right now). Thank you Pierre for helping us create some wonderful family memories!

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans la villa. La route jusqu'à Palmarin n'est pas évidente à cause des travaux et nous avons dût emprunter beaucoup de piste sableuses. Grace à Google map et la vue satellite (seule maison avec une piscine), nous avons très facilement trouvé la maison. Anna et René nous ont très bien accueilli et orientés durant notre séjour. La maison est très bien conçue, la piscine impeccable, le tout très agréable. Bref un excellent séjour... Trop court !

Oasis!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa. Beaucoup d'espace pour notre famille (3 enfants - chacun avait sa propre chambre avec grand lit!) et tout le monde a adoré la piscine pour nous seul. C'était une bonne occasion pour nous de découvrir une région du Sénégal qu'on ne connaissait pas. Balade en piroge dans les balongs - quelle belle surprise de voir les dauphins ! Le personnel était pret a nous aider avec tout. On avait quelques problemes d'électricité mais le propriétaire nous a aidé a régler cela tout de suite. Si on veut manger 'toubab', il faut penser a tout amener car la villa est située dans un petit village ou on trouve seulement la nourriture sénégalaise (qui est tres bonne d'ailleurs!) Le poisson qu'Anna a acheté pour nous a la plage était excellent et pas cher du tout, mais il n'y a pas un grand choix de légumes/salade etc disponsible dans le village. On va recommender cette villa a tous nos amis!

A ne pas manquer

Nous somme une famille avec 3 enfants, 5, 11 et 13 ans et nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison. Elle a été bien conçue avec la cuisine en haut avec vue  sur la mer, tres claire avec toutes ces vitres et les chambres très bien également. La piscine un régal pour les petits et les grands. Anna est toujours disponible et fait des très bon poulet yassa. Etant de Dakar, nous avons fait les balades environnantes, les mangroves, le tour de charette et la pêche. Le propriétaire très sympathique et reactif après un soucis que nous avons eu par notre faute dans la maison, tout a pu se resoudre très rapidement pour que nous puissions partir serains. A recommander pour visiter cette partie du Senegal, dépaysement assuré. Merci encore.

Juste magique !!

Un vrai moment d'évasion dans le village de Palmarin... Un grand merci à Anna pour sa cuisine.. un vrai plaisir de cuisiner avec elle !! et on n'oublie pas philippe pour nous avoir servi de guide en plus de s'occuper de la piscine.On est loin du tourisme de masse et cela fait du bien. Un ptit coin de paradis à découvrir absolument ! Toute l'équipe Bulle de Bien-Etre remercie les villageois de Palmarin pour leurs sourires !

"La villa et le site sont merveilleux. Il manque juste quelques équipements dans la cuisine, sinon tout est parfait et confortable. J''ai acheté mon poisson aux pêcheurs du village, frais et très bon marché, que m''avait indiqué N G. la personne qui s''occupe de la maison qui est très serviable comme beaucoup de Sénégalais qui se propose de vous faire découvrir leur pays. J''ai d''ailleurs visité la région avec Assane Sarr (221 765 989 310), je vous le conseille il habite Palmarin et connait très bien la région, c''est devenu un ami. De même le propriétaire est de très bon conseil."
