Huge selection for breakfast -as much as you could eat. Staff polite and very helpful. Room was a good size. The only downside was the plumbing: Cold hot water the first morning and a toilet that did not flush clean.

Good clean facilities, quiet room, well stocked with towels, ironing, kettle etc. The Reception staff were very polite and the breakfast with its exceptional choices, recommend the hot porridge, and good coffee. The Food and Bar Manager Raz was excellent in his dedication and welcoming you with a keen eye for clearing the decks and ensuring you are well fed with plenty of coffee and extras. Yes a very pleasant 3 night stay, Thankyou.

Resolution process pool

Stayed in the original part of hotel, floors were creaking, so when people in the room above were moving around it was loud in the room, but it's an old building. Also had a dispute with paying for breakfast payment was taken twice, nearly 3 weeks on still not resolved as awaiting for money to be refunded. I have to chase, hotel is nice and breakfast was good, good location for exhibition centre. Just these 2 things have let them down, and will deter me from booking in future.
