Fabulous home located in the tranquil setting of Farmington, AR, only 9 miles from the Razorback basketball, football, and baseball stadiums, as well as Dickson Street. Fully furnished 1,900 sq ft home.

Large stocked kitchen, dining & living room areas. Cable and Wi-Fi are offered. There is 1 queen-sized bed with a TV in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the third room, and a queen bed as well in the office. The master bath offers a separate shower & jacuzzi tub. 2 car garage. No pets, please (exceptions will be made for Service Animals).

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and located in the countryside, which makes for a relaxing getaway. Our family stayed here for my oldest son’s wedding who lives in the area. The house is very well stocked, including a Keurig. Lots of extra blankets and towels. Nothing that wasn’t thought of. Great place to stay!!

Nephew's Wedding

We went to Fayetteville for a family wedding and wanted a place to stay where we could hang out together. This was the perfect place for that! The house had everything we needed, was the right size for the 6 of us, is well maintained and really provided a nice location to spend time with the family. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely house and neighborhood. We were in yown for a wedding. It is very spacious. There was room for all my family. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was very gracious to let us in the house early to get ready the wedding.
