I came into town for a wedding and I loved it! Everyone was soo friendly and the staff was soo kind. Especially the lady who works the breakfast in the AM I adored her! The hotel was very clean and well kept up. We didn’t have time to go swimming boo but it looked nice! I really loved the breakfast in the AM it was pretty good.
The hotel walls are so thin, you will hear every noise made by your neighbor next-door downstairs and upstairs. We were unfortunate to check in at the same time as a dance troupe, who spent their free time leaping up and down the halls at all hours of the night. We complain to the front desk several times as we lost sleep both nights we were there, and received the rudest service in return from the front desk worker named Jennifer. She was short, hostile, and totally dismissive about our complaints of lack of sleep. She allowed these teenagers to be in the pool until well past 10 PM, despite the pool closing at 8 PM. The hallways and elevators were constantly sopping wet with pool water, someone could have easily slipped and fell as there was no wet floor signage to be seen. Overall a very poor experience, only made slightly better by the morning ladies in the buffet area. Jennifer should find a new path of employment, as customer service is not her strong suit

I was able to book this hotel at the last minute on. It was a little out of the way, but a good value and able to accommodate our large group. Great free breakfast and the staff worker on the night shift was very helpful.
Everything was clean, didn't smell. Bathroom was not dirty, didn't even mind getting into shower barefooted.
I attended a wedding reception about a half hour away that went late. I had called the hotel that afternoon to warn them that I would have a late check-in. When I finally arrived after midnight, there was one room left with my name on it. I was thrilled to have a spot to sleep. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, and the shower felt great. It was a handicapped room so the shower head was a bit low, but at least they didn't give away the room since I was so late.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was very close to where i needed to go. So overall a great trip.
The hotel was great. The only complaint I had was that the wi-fi was spotty or non-existent in our room. Not a big deal, I just went downstairs.

Great stay. Beautiful hotel. Convenient. The only problem was that I requested a suite based on the Orbitz photo's expecting a hot tub in the room because of the pictures...there wasn't a hot tub in the room. Still it was very nice.
