Good location but suboptimal house

The location of the property couldn't be better, just in front of the beach and minutes away from Saint Florent and Bastia. Also a good location to explore the rest of Cap Corse and the northern coast of Corsica. The home was not properly cleaned before our arrival, especially the floor, and had problems locating the property. The communication with the owner was not always the best. Please be aware that the house is attached to a restaurant and sometimes it gets very crowded but not so noisy. All in all, the house is big enough to comfortably host up to 6 people, and the rooms are spacious. It is great to have two bathrooms.

Location moche et sans intimité

Location adossĂ©e Ă  un gros restaurant non bruyant mais la plage est sale et le parking trĂšs rempli dĂ©but aoĂ»t. La terrasse extĂ©rieure de la location ne prĂ©sente aucune intimitĂ© car ouverte sur le parking et elle est vraiment sale. Quant Ă  la location elle-mĂȘme, elle aurait besoin de quelques rĂ©parations intĂ©rieures pour ĂȘtre en adĂ©quation avec son coĂ»t. Sans ĂȘtre difficile, je dĂ©conseille!

Super expérience !

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la mer et d’un restaurant (gros plus). Espace extĂ©rieur grand et confortable. Notre hĂŽte Thomas a Ă©tĂ© disponible et rĂ©actif. Je recommande vivement pour de chouettes vacances en Corse !

Bien placé, pas trÚs cher

Logement juste à cÎté de la plage de Farinole. Propreté moyenne à l'arrivée. Le logement est fonctionnel et doté de la clim. Dans notre cas nous avons mangé systématiquement à l'extérieur sur la terrasse qui est agréable. La cuisine est bine équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, cafetiÚre...), bien que ça ne soit pas précisé dans l'annonce. En quelques mots logement pas cher pour une telle localisation, par contre il ne faut pas s'attendre à une villa 4 faces avec jardin !

Location idĂ©alement situĂ© spacieuse au niveau grandeur cependant l’ensemble reste vĂ©tuste Ensemble Ă©lectrique non conformes dĂ©solidarisation des murs pour les interrupteurs ainsi que pour les prises Ă©lectriques et tables de cuisine non stable canapĂ© impossible de s’asseoir il bascule automatiquement et nĂ©cessite de gros travaux d’amĂ©nagement quant Ă  la cuisine elle est parfaite et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© au niveau du matĂ©riel propriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique et comprĂ©hensif dans nos rĂ©flexions

L'emplacement de l'appartement est spectaculaire.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est spectaculaire. Il est situĂ© sur la plage de Farinole Marine. Une plage romantique au milieu des rochers de la Corse. Les meubles sont un peu dĂ©modĂ©s et nous devrions peut-ĂȘtre amĂ©liorer un peu pour Ă©liminer la poussiĂšre au-dessus des lampes, mais en gĂ©nĂ©ral, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçus et l'appartement vaut vraiment son prix. Une expĂ©rience merveilleuse.

Un cadre magnifique..un accueil sympa..un appartement un peu vieillot mais ce n est pas important ni ce qu on cherche..un resto avec un super accueil en dessous..bref pour le prix et les prestas rien a dire...prevoir 20 euros par couple pour le linge en plus
