About this property

Apartment 'Ferienwohnung Rosalie' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The spacious vacation apartment "Rosalie" offers enough space for 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built house. Due to the high ceiling height, you will only notice that you are in the attic through the large panoramic skylights.

From the south balcony you have a beautiful view of the whole massif of the Wetterstein mountains, including the Alp and Zugspitze. This view can also be enjoyed from the living and dining area.

The high-quality apartment spoils you with modern technology and Bavarian-traditional ambience. We manage very sustainably. The underfloor heating is heated by our log heating system. We obtain the wood for this from our local forest. In addition, a photovoltaic system supplies us with energy.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower as well as other amenities such as hair dryer, towel dryer, and much more.

The open dining and living area invites you to relax and linger.

In the modern and high-quality furnished kitchenette all utensils are available to be able to provide yourself in the best way. Refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven and of course a dishwasher save you time that you should not invest in the household on vacation. Of course, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and other kitchen aids are available for you in the apartment "Rosalie".

Since it is our "smallest" vacation apartment, it was also named after our youngest daughter Rosalie. She has diligently participated in the selection of the furnishings.

We hope you feel comfortable!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Ausblick auf die Berge

Pros: Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Eine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen. Cons: Leider gab es nur eine Balkontür und Dachfenster, welche natürlich nicht zu öffnen waren bei Regen.
