Built in 1660, this farmhouse was lovingly renovated and modernised in 2022 and now offers holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet contemporary comfort coupled with traditional charm in two unique accommodations.
Unchanged structures such as original wooden beams and brickwork, as well as traditional, handcrafted elements made of wood and iron, blend seamlessly with the modern furnishings, always offering the eyes something new to discover and giving the accommodation an exceptional, alpine, rustic character. Quietly located in idyllic Farchant, you can enjoy the surrounding mountains undisturbed. At the same time, the location offers you an ideal starting point for short or long discovery tours in the Werdenfelser Heimat. A large playground, a forest adventure trail, the outdoor swimming pool and the entry track for cross-country skiing are in the immediate vicinity.
Apartment Almrausch
This unique accommodation with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and space for up to 6 people is located in the listed part of Haus Hoamat. Enjoy modern comfort and traditional charm in perfect harmony.
On the ground floor, the Stube with its large dining table invites you to sit together with friends and family. A tiled stove ensures cosy warmth and comfort even in the coldest weather. Those who want to retreat will find a quiet spot with a comfortable couch to put their feet up in the adjoining TV room. The extra-large flat-screen TV is perfect for a cosy film night.
If required, the corner set can also be converted into a sleeping place for an extra person.
On the opposite side of the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and adjacent pantry. Furthermore, one of the two bathrooms is located on the ground floor, where a washing machine is available in addition to a relaxing bathtub.
The upper floor is reached via a staircase. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds await you here, as well as a children's room with a cosy bunk bed. Each of the bedrooms is also furnished with its own flat-screen TV and spacious wardrobes for ample storage space.
There is also a second bathroom upstairs, where you will find a ground-level shower with rain shower head.
In front of the house, a sunny terrace with a bench and garden furniture invites you to linger in the fresh air. Enjoy the surrounding mountains or relax in the evening sun.
A parking space is reserved for your vehicle directly in the driveway.
Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.
