Very quaint and clean. Staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Inn is within walking distance to all the shops on Main Street. The Barn is a gathering place, with comfortable chairs and couches. Wine glasses were available for BYOB. This is also where breakfast was available. Staff was very attentive to the food bar, making sure there was always enough milk, juices, hot water for tea, and repeatedly bringing freshly baked muffins. Cloth napkins was a nice touch. We were there in early May on a weekend when it was cold and rainy. The Barn was equipped with heaters for our comfort. Only complaint is that we thought there was too much furniture in the Barn for the amount of space. It made it difficult to get around. Would definitely stay again, and would recommend for weekend getaway.

The service at the front desk was awesome. Cindy gave my Mom an upgrade to her room when she learned of the dynamics planned for out Spring 2019 family reunion! Pleased is an understatement!

Great, would recommend, clean, staff helpful and friendly.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Perfect for our needs.

First, this is not an “inn” in the traditional sense. It is a motel with two tiers of rooms in two buildings. That said, the room was bright and comfortable and the room amenities were good. Very quiet, too. Continental breakfast included cereal, bagels, muffins, English muffins toast and a few pieces of watermelon. Coffee, tea and juice. Fresh. We had a very comfortable stay.

The room was exactly as pictured - it is simple, cute, very cottage like as you would expect in the Cape. I was very happy! Definitely clean. The Inn is in a great location - right by the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and you can easily walk to Main Street ..it's about 3/4 of a mile but still a nice walk. Beach is a few minutes away by car. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place and wonderful staff, would stay again. Large room

Broken AC leaving room sweltering. Broken towel rack, bathroom door did not shut all the way, and toilet ran continuously. Avoid this place like the plague.

Thank you, we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Sorry that a word, the word "Inn" took a bite out of your stay. Hmmmm....I believe that there are several HUGE chains across the world that have the word Inn in them, do they qualify as Inn's? I believe you were looking for a B&B.

So very sorry that you seemed to run into so many issues with your room and that you couldn't find one plus throughout your stay. We did have an issue with one room in particulars AC of which I mentioned to every guest that had that room. It was very easy to keep the room cool as I explained on check in. The toilet I could have fixed in a heartbeat had you mentioned it. Stuff happens, then stuff gets fixed immediately...if it is reported.
