A beautifully fully restored and extended period house on Falmouth's most desired Terrace. Restored honouring the historic beauty of the house yet full of every high spec modern fittings to ensure a comfortable stay. Very close to the old high street , yet an extremely peaceful Terrace, 4 parking spaces on site , no need to use the car , go on foot into Falmouth ,down to the harbour and catch a foot passenger ferry to explore many surrounding areas by boat.
The house is very well suited to multi generation stays with separate living rooms and and 3 bathroom ares A large and top spec garden which includes a deck , an eating area and a lovely lawn. We have our own private 4 car parking area , highly sort after this close to the Harbour , Sea and town. .
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
