The security deposit of £350 is payable directly to the owner two weeks prior to arrival (cash and cheques on arrival are not accepted).

The housekeeper will release the keys once the deposit has been received.

As long as the property is left in the same good condition in which it was found, the deposit will be returned within 7–10 days after departure.
