This proper exceeding my expectations given the price point. The staff, ambience and amenities all made for an extremely pleasurable stay. I wholly expect to return in the near future. I traveled solo and felt safe without feeling overly smothered by staff. It was the perfect relaxation while still being able to get work done. Can't wait to do it again soon.
Quiet , clean ,friendly staff, lots to do close by especially if you like fishing .
Very old, very dated, room is basic and has zero comforts. TV is old, remote doesnt work. Bedding is not comfortable. Disappointed as it is a Marina hotel. Expect much better.
A big room, a huge bed, the location, many restaurants near, free parking
The view of the harbor was amazing. The property is also located near several restaurants, a grocery store, wine shop, and two beaches. The front desk staff gave perfunctory service. The off season price was a good deal. The room was a decent size and adequately decorated.
Quite in the summer, close to a good beach. Restaurants are also close by.
The staff were absolutely awesome. They were always available and willing to assist in any way possible. They surprised my parents with beautiful flower decorations and a bottle of wine for their anniversary. So thoughtful.
Excellent experience and great at accommodating an infant. Highly recommend.
Was expected more for the price and nearest beach a drive. It was overall a good location though.
Greeted with a smile, staff happy to accommodate our needs.
easy access to all of English and Falmouth Harbor. Great central locaton
We scored a $100 rate, but saw this property offered everywhere else for $240/night. Given we only spent $100, I was OK with this place. Had I spend $240 ... or even $150, I would have been furious. This is a good Best Western. The "staff" are basically non-existent. Postage stamp TV in the room and it did not even work. Called the front desk at 9:00 a.m. and no one answered. This is NOT a three star. Two stars all the way. Also, if you're not sailing, forget about English Harbor. If you travel to Antigua, pay the big bucks and stay at the Galley Bay or similar property -- where we went after the first night (Paradise). Otherwise go to Aruba, Puerto Rico or Jamaica I'm not sure Antiqua has good midrange ($200 - 300/night) properties.
Great place - lot's of space in the room and bathroom, clean and just the right value for the money. Staff at the reception extremely helpful, giving away all the local knowledge and hints on where to eat and where to entertain.
