Gîte set up in an old restored farmhouse, located in a hamlet, adjoining another gîte and close to the owner's home. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with shower room, toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with shower room/toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 1 double bed) with bathroom/toilet. Beds made. Wifi. Private enclosed garden of 1000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Children's games in common area (trampoline, slide). Indoor swimming pool (4x10m), shared with the owners and the 2nd gîte, open from June to September, Monday to Saturday from 10 [hidden] to 12:30 [hidden] and from 2:30 [hidden] to 6 [hidden] Options:
End of stay cleaning: €85/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €5/person/stay.
