Extremely terrible

It was terrible experience. It was totally unexpected and out of imagination. They have not specifically mentioned about the shared aminities. Only a single room is there as a accommodation. All the rest of the basic aminities like, washroom, kithchen is shared which not clearly mentioned in the advertisement. When you enter inside the hotel, it seems like hostels with dirty rooms, kitchens and Washrooms. I am pure vegetarian, how can i use any upholstery and cutlery from the kitchen where some people are cooking non veg things.

Disgusting filthy place from the entrance onwards. Drunken brawl taking place on arrival, 2 kids running smock around the corridors, reception not manned at 6pm, waited 10 mins for service, Furniture n fitting should be in bin, bedding stained and filthy. Shower not fit to be used , sink all scum. Should be closed down Photographs will prove all the above.

Staff were pleasant but hotel & room appalling. Even for a budget hotel it was terrible. Toilet inside the shower cubicle, tiles broken, filthy dirty. Carpets looked like a murder had taken place. Needs to be closed down & start again. I was charged additional £10 on top of what id originally paid. Had no choice but to stay but thankfully only one night. Never again 😒

Hotel was cheap for a reason, very much like a homeless hostel. Nothing drastically wrong but not the most relaxing stay you will ever have. Our room had a shower cubical with a toilet in it and a sink , not sure how you would use the shower?

Bathrooms and showers are shared at the end of the hall - no in-room bathroom. WC had no toilet paper and there is a line to get in. Rooms are noisy with people hanging-out in front of your window, smoking, drinking and talking all night - extremely hard to sleep and rest. Rooms are tiny with no space to open luggage and still move around. There is a coffee machine in the lobby that makes regular and specialty coffee for 1 pound 60 pence. Staff is very friendly though and ready to help. The internet is practically non-existent with long wait for pages to download. Takes about 3 - 4 minutes for a simple email to pop-up.

It was exactly what was expected. The only real "issue" is the bathroom had a frosted glass door and when you are with friends that's not really enough. Thankfully there are bathrooms outside of the room so it was fine
