Beautiful 2 level 1800 square foot modern home with views toward West River. Only 1 km to Country View Golf Course and just 8 mins to grocery and liquor stores at Cornwall. The exterior features a large deck and open yard on 1 acre lot in a quiet rural area.
The open plan style interior features vaulted ceilings, full equipped kitchen with wine fridge , hardwood floors, spa bath and large windows to enjoy the view. Outdoor BBQ and gas fire pit included.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. Schick mit kleinen Mankos
Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr beeindruckend, vor allem durch die exponierte Lage auf einem Hügel. In der Beschreibung hätte vielleicht stehen sollen, dass sich ein Schlafzimmer auf einer offenen Empore über dem Wohnraum befindet, das zweite ebenfalls auf der Empore durch eine dünne Schiebetür abgetrennt, so dass hier gewisse Einschränkungen der Privatsphäre vorhanden sind.
