Amazing location!

Beautiful house! We loved the location of the property! Very private and secluded with some amazing views of the surrounding area and color changing leaves. We even spotted some moose! Listing is accurate with all the great amenities! We had so much fun! Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and comfortable. Kitchen utensils need replacing and dishes would be more useful if they were microwave safe, not plastic. Ensuring all remotes for ceiling fans are in working condition would help keep the common areas cool when it gets warm.

Wonderful property!

Lovely property, just as pictured. Comfortable furniture, nice linens and towels, incredibly well-equipped kitchen (we cooked all week), plenty of games, and a truly stunning setting - remote but convenient to town, groceries, and lots of hiking. A few technical glitches but they didn't detract from our stay and management was very responsive. We'd love to come back!!

Great property

Family and friends stayed with us for five nights at this beautiful property, all the amenities that you needed, great weather and amazing views! The house was a perfect fit for us with ample space in and outdoors. Would highly recommend.

Perfect weekend away with friends

Just as nice as the pictures show! We had a group of 15 friends and there was plenty of space. It was nice that everyone could eat in the same area. The large dining room table was perfect for games for a large group. The basement setup was so much fun! We would definitely come back.

Incredible views

Our family of 9 enjoyed this home and had plenty of room to spread out. The game area kept the kids busy while the adults cooked in an open kitchen and enjoyed the fire. The pictures do not do this place justice. If you are considering travel to this area, book this now! We would love to return someday soon!

Gorgeous mountain getaway!!!

It is in a remote location with high altitude (about 10,500 feet) and absolutely gorgeous views. The house is so accommodating to a large family with multiple levels and impeccable decor. Only a 35 minute drive to Breckenridge, this property is designed to really be in nature but with luxurious accommodations, a beautiful trail next to the home etc. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home for an unforgettable family reunion.

Amazing stay

What a beautiful home. Kitchen is fully stocked, great for cooking. The central fireplace makes the living room an amazing place to hang out, the downstairs game room is also incredibly fun. And of course, the hot tub! Overall, an incredible place to get away with friends or family. Also great access to fun activities such as whitewater rafting, hiking (recommend the DeCaLiBron!), Breck. The only change I would make is stronger Wifi...at times it was a poor connection and some members of our group had trouble if they had to get connected for work.

Amazing House and Experience!

We stayed in this house with 2 other families who combined, have kids ranging from 10yrs old to 7months. The house was perfect - picturesquely set with an amazing view of the mountains, top notch finishes, open layout with the wood burning fireplace being a focal point of relaxation and socialization, plenty of room to spread out, great past-time amenities (games, pool table, hot tub, etc). Situated between the towns of Alma and Fairplay, they provided small town quaintness but at the same time everything needed without the hustle and bustle of some of the busy ski towns. We made the short drive and skiied Breckinridge 2 days, which worked out great! In addition to the house itself, the property management company was great to work with and responsive. We also had the opportunity to meet the Mcqueens (owners of the house) who welcomed us into the home as-if we were family. We will absolutely be renting this house again and appreciate the Mcqueens for sharing their home to allow us to create amazing memories!
