Please make sure to have good winter tires or chains and preferably 4 wheel or all wheel drive when accessing in the winter. Property is accessed by county maintained/plowed dirt roads that can be a bit bumpy.

Very nice and clean. Spacious cabin with good communication with the manager. Only consideration is to plan ahead to being isolated from “town”. About a 45 minute drive to Breck and about 15 minutes to the closest town with minimum amenities. Neighbors aren’t too close and I never saw/heard them. Decent view of mountains in the distance. Nice cabin and would stay again.

My family enjoyed our stay and had a great time! The cabin was clean and spacious for our needs, especially as we had children on this trip! The management was responsive and prompt; they answered my messages in a timely manner. The hot tub was the best amenity, especially with the views! I would recommend this to anyone wanting fresh mountain air and for families!

Beautiful and very well kept home! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The hot tub was clean and fit 5 girls comfortably. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly.
