Meander around our property’s landscaped pathways or up our scenic road looking South over 14er mountain peaks. Mountain bike out the door down to Sacramento Creek’s beaver ponds and historic cabins and observe moose and other wildlife with stunning views of the high mountain cirque of the Mosquito Range. Drive 10 minutes to the Pennsylvania Mountain trailhead and hike among the wildflower and Bristlecone Pine-laden ridge to our 12,800 foot peak with outstanding views of South Park’s expansive terrain.

Enjoy local access to Gold Medal trout fishing, a 15 minute drive to the historic gold mining towns of South Park and Alma with quick access to 14er’s like Mount Bross, Mount Democrat, Mount Lincoln and Mount Sheridan. Head North along the picturesque 35 minute drive over Hoosier Pass to the mountain culture and amenities of Breckenridge or 50 minutes South to the warm, high desert region of Buena Vista with options for outdoor recreation like mountain biking and hiking, fishing, swimming, rafting and kayaking on the Arkansas River, with hot springs along the Collegiate Peaks and cafes and brewpubs located along the river.
