Very run down, water in suite was warm at best for bathtub/shower. Large blood stains on the bedding in 2/3 beds. Crumbs, popcorn, bottle caps on the floor under furniture. Hot tubs close at 8pm. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean but dated and pretty run down. Not a big deal because it was still pretty nice. Room was HUGE! Shower was kinda crappy, tons of pressure but only slightly lukewarm water. Desk staff were very friendly, nice and helpful. View from the room was very nice and overall it was a good stay.

Rooms are spacious & clean. Staff are friendly. The area is nice & quiet. Because this is pet friendly it would be nice if there was grass or a dog area for pets, all green areas say no pets allowed. Kitchen is spacious & airy but minimal stocked. Few more utensils, dishes could be added as the kitchen & dining area are great to cook & eat in with visitors. Expedia site says free passes to Fairmont Hot Springs, this is incorrect, the Hot Springs would not validate that offer. Overall though, Id stay here again. For the price, you cant beat it.
