The room was spacious enough but the internet coverage was terrible. We had to sit at the room front door to get a signal. The beds were not comfortable both the one in the room and the sofa bed. The kitchen stuff were very old, like the pan and pot. I don’t know how much it costs for a facility like this to provide kitchens with newer stuff so it will be convenient for people to cook in the suite. I would not recommend this facility.

Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. We were unaware of the daily resort fee and the pools were closed but the management gave us an upgrade on our room to cover the resort fee cost, which was very nice of them.

The first condo we were in smelled so bad we had to ask to go to a different room. The overall condition of the complex is worn, and not maintained too well. The front desk clerk, Nora, was very nice though, and so was the maintenance man. Parking was easy and free. The overall price I felt was too high for what you're getting. Also, the build type of this complex is a style that doesn't fit the vibe of being in the Canadian Rockies. I would not suggest anyone stay here if asked.

I was charged an extra resorts fee of $16.19. I could not find anywhere in expedia where it says not. Not even in the fine print. They charge resorts fee even if the water park is close. Tub was not very clean, tennis court net is barely up. Lights in the room were very dim. I guess to prevent you from seeing the dirty tiled floors

Property is showing some signs of wear and tear, but if you are not picky it’s a great option. We stayed at the end of summer season, so pool was closed, but hot tubs and sauna were still available. Overall the suites are large and staff could not have been nicer!
