Pictures clearly show large jet tub in the room… but neglect to show the placard hanging above the tub that regrets to inform our guests that the tubs are standard tubs and NOT jet tubs. We rented this room specifically for a private jet tub. Dishes in the kitchen were mostly clean. I have stayed in worse locations. I won’t stay at this one, again.

There was gum on the sofa, hair behind the toilet, socks under the bed, minimal hot water, missing blind on door on the first floor, not to mention the key stopped working before ckeck out. Also parking was a problem, as we were not able to park near our unit. Staff were pleasent.

The room was large and spacious and a good value for the money, however there were several broken tiles and a little bit of scuzz around the corners in the bathroom floor etc. where the baseboards and tiles could use a good deep clenaing. The room isn't very soundproofed either so could hear the kids with a family upstairs running around up and down the hallways and stairwells quite loudly.

We had a 3 day trip to Fairmont BC for Christmas 2025 and stayed at Mountain View Suites, staff were very kind and attentive, and room was very clean. I highly recommend this place.
