The Space:

Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway, this property is located between downtown Fairhope and the beautiful sights of Mobile Bay! Every inch of this charming coastal studio apartment was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable, cozy and airy stay. At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this space with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchenet, you'll find a 2 burner stovetop, granite non-stick cookware, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, knife set and more. The kitchen was outfitted by people who like to cook, even in smaller spaces, and we've chosen items that we personally use and love in our own homes! Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Vizio 4K smart TV. In the bedroom, you will find a hotel-quality Queen bed, pillows and linens - all hand-picked (and extensively tested by our sleep-obsessed team!) - to ensure a rejuvenating night's rest. Adjacent to the Queen bed, you'll find a fold out Twin sleeper sofa with a full set of extra linens and pillows in the closet. In the bathroom there are spa-quality toiletries. Sleeping arrangements (3 people total): 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin size sleeper sofa. This unit is perfect for a couples get away!



Please note: You will have the entire 1st floor of the carriage house. There is a separate unit above the studio with its own private entrance. Please respect them as they should you!

Absolutely perfect for a couple’s getaway! The location could not have been better-easily walkable to either the water front or downtown area. This suite was exactly what we needed. The location of this property couldn’t have been more perfect. A short walk to the pier for dinner one night, to watching the sunset from just a short walk away another night. Downtown Fairhope was a short walk as well. Just minutes away from great shopping, food, drinks, and entertainment. It was immaculately clean with all we could have needed for this particular stay. Great property! Highly recommend!

My husband and I needed a place to stay in Fairhope AL to attend a wedding. We also have family members in the area to visit with while we are there.The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was so close to the bay. A beautiful area! It is small, but it was just right for us.

Great location!

Only a block from the bay and a couple of blocks into downtown Fairhope--the location was perfect! Every night we had a short walk to dinner and drinks with a short walk home. We brought bikes so we were right on the Eastern Shore Trail for a quick ride and a short drive to Gulf Shores to bike in Gulf State Park.
