The kitchen was clean and the coffee that was supplied was greatly appreciated. The house was very attractive and clean. The instructions were well written and easy to follow. We felt very welcomed. We visited shops and restaurants and even drove over to see Fort Morgan. It was an excellent experience.

Everything was wonderful. It was exactly as described. The views were amazing. We definitely used the screened in porch. The WiFi was messing up but they took care of it very fast. I would recommend more seating like another couch maybe. We had seven and one had to sit in the dinning room chair. Would definitely recommend!

The property was beautifully decorated with just the right amount of detail. The fresh flowers were appreciated. House was equipped with all we needed - plus. All 5 of us enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch in the cool morning breeze. We were greeted by a flock of seagulls lining the pier! It was amazing! They were only on our pier! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for sharing this beautiful property!

My friends & I (7 of us) stayed at this lovely home in Fairhope. The place was exactly as advertised, if not even better. There were so many thoughtful touches. The view was gorgeous. Tina was great & gave us all the information we needed. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to vacation in this area.

Peaceful Getaway

We chose to stay on the bay for our family vacation so our sons could fish anytime they wanted. The pier was perfect for them to fish or just hangout. The lights on the pier weren't working, but we contacted Tina and she was on it immediately. There was an electrician out the next day. Unfortunately it wasnt an easy fix but we appreciated the effort and our boys made the best of night fishing with lanterns and flashlights. We enjoyed the extra large yard where our boys could throw a football around or play a little wiffle ball. A great location with lots of nice shops and restaurants in Fairhope.

Great get-away for family

The property was just as posted in pictures online, very clean and comfortable for our group of six. Perfect for relaxing with the most beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms were lovely and so comfortable. Located in a nice quiet area close to Fairhope with great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely like to visit there again.

Best Rental Ever

This cottage on Mobile bay is perfect for a family or girls getaway! Everything you need is provided, the place is spotless, beds comfortable, porch is wonderful as is the pier and dock. We were there for Christmas and they had tastefully decorated the already beautiful house. My husband declared this was the best VRBO we had ever found! Close to downtown Fairhope and restaurants but very quiet and peaceful. We will be back.

Our girls’ fall getaway was wonderful at The Cottage. Everything was perfect for the four of us. The views from the living area and porch are are AMAZING!!!! All accommodations were excellent!!! Our hostess was very helpful! The perfect spot for us!

Loved, loved this home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The host thought of everything and even provided a welcome gift. The location is fantastic. It was so relaxing to sit on the pier and watch the pelicans. I would highly recommend this home.
