The property was great overall. Super unique and the golf cart was a really nice feature. There was a slight pet odor which I would have reported during the stay; however, my text about early check in, to the number provided was not responded to, so I did not bother. These two things kept it from being a solid 5 star. We would consider staying again.

Beautiful home, stunning property, great location, comfy beds. Host was very helpful and answered any questions or concerns quickly. The departure check list to do was fast and easy as well. It was my first experience with renting a home for vacation, and it was a relief that it was all so easy.

The outdoor living space is AMAZING! It's a great place to have your morning coffee. The game area entertained us for an entire day!! It was a lot of fun. The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were FANTASTIC!! I think we'll find a reason to stay here once a year for a quick getaway.

Family Gets Together for Grafuation

We loved the property, but the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars across the board. The cleaner arrived just as we pulled in and said that she was not notified in advance which seemed stange to me, as I had already received the check in information. I contacted the host (Great Communication by the way). Todd apologized for the miss communication and offered copensation whic we declined. The cleaner cleaned the best she could in the time that she had and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Even though it was an inconvenience for us to have the cleaner there while we wete trying to get ready for our Grandaughter's High School Graduation, it all worked out and we will be back ...

Was perfect for a girls trip

Myself and a few girls stayed at this property, we all had our own rooms and felt comfortable and safe. The house itself was clean and check-in check out was very easy. We were close to downtown, our friend's Wedding venue and everything else we wanted to explore in Fairhope - Would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect!

Arrived early and Todd graciously accommodated us. Space is just as pics show. Super comfortable and plenty of space for a family. Outdoor living areas are terrific. Great location and golf cart makes it a breeze to zip into downtown just 5 min away. No concern over water pressure. Was a bit low in shower while toilet refilled after a flush. Otherwise not an issue at all. Todd’s place is comfortable, clean and convenient and has everything you need. Hope to return to Fairhope and stay there again.

Awesome Family Time in Fairhope

This stay was all that we hoped for and more! The space was perfect for our entire family and better than advertised. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces for relaxation and games. The inside space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise and the golf cart allowed us to enjoy the "golf-cart culture" of Fairhope as we explored and viewed nightly sunsets from the east bay parks and beaches. It was like having our own convertible to enjoy the incredible weather on our frequent trips downtown. Close to everything with beautiful homes and mature trees all around, we tried many of the local restaurants and especially the coffee shops. It was also an easy drive to the beaches of Gulf Shores from our basecamp in Fairhope. Thank you for everything and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This home is decorated so nicely inside and out! The amenities outdoors are awesome! It was a very comfortable stay! Close to downtown and restaurants. The owner promptly responded to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was so much fun. So much to do and it has everything you need. The golf cart was our favorite. Fairhope is such a fun town, lots of wonderful restaurants, and it is just a short drive to the beach.
