Into the Woods- a luxury yurt glamping experience

Be our guest- Enjoy a one of a kind stay when you step outside, inside our yurt, and Into the Woods. Treat your senses to the sights, sounds, and flavors of the Alaskan boreal forest including a complimentary breakfast featuring make your own waffles, local birch and berry syrups, teas, and more. Enjoy views of the Northern lights overhead from the comfort of your bed or relax with a good book in the hammock. Once inside, leave your worries at the door as you surround yourself in the comforts of nature or feel free to drop your bags and venture a little farther up the road to Chena Hot Springs Resort.

Located at the top of our 5 acre homestead, pull into the private parking area and follow a short trail and retreat to your own little sanctuary Into the Woods.

In addition to your stay, we offer a complimentary authentic Alaskan breakfast - featuring specialty local products sourced from the Boreal forest and/ or our homestead.

A Walk Through the Forest Breakfast includes:

Coffee - we invite and encourage you to support other local businesses in the area which include: Larae's Bakery and coffee shop and/or The Missing Moose cafe for your coffee of choice ( we do offer a caffeinated tea from Sipping Streams used on the YUKON QUEST that will keep you going all day. )

Plumbing- As part of the "glamping" experience -
we are what is considered by the locals as a "dry cabin" or yurt, which means running water is not available, however, a 5 gallon water dispenser with hot and cold water is provided for drinking and cooking and a private outhouse is available for a true Alaskan experience.

Showers are available for purchase at our local laundramat 8 miles up the road** or enjoy a soak at Chena Hot Springs Resort and come back feeling refreshed and ready to relax.
