Welcome to our brand new lakeside retreat on Lake Hartwell. This spacious and thoughtfully designed house offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, entertainment and tranquility. With top-notch amenities, 6 bedrooms including 3 masters, sauna, gourmet outdoor kitchen, double decks with gas fireplaces and stone built firepit on the patio by a swim up pool bar and two outdoor TV’s to watch the games and keep all entertained and make the best memories on your dream lake vacation

Luxury Accommodation: Indulge in the comfort of elegant furnishings, plush bedding, and high-end finishes throughout the house.

Gourmet Kitchens in and out: Cook up culinary delights for the whole party in the outdoor fully equipped, outdoor kitchen and grill

Outdoor Oasis: Large salt water pool with a spa and swim up bar including an outdoor shower and restroom conveniently placed for outdoor use. Closer to the lake there’s a wood burning fire pit for the more adventurous guests.

Recreational Fun: Take advantage of the provided kayaks and rent or bring your boat to explore the lake or try your luck with a fishing excursion. We have a shared dock between two houses for you to bring your boat or conveniently rent from our next door neighbor Scott Trayers ( inquire for his contact info to rent directly from him)

Family Traditions

Our group of friends from college that have turned into family over the years loved this house. We spent the day on the lake or in the pool and then finished the night in the pool, sitting on patio, or inside watching shows. The host was quick to respond when we contacted. We also had contact information for nearby people we did reach out to for a question about turning on the pool. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone in our group. The twin beds were just as comfy as the other beds in the house. All beds were clean and ready for our use. We found all extra towels in the hallway closet. Our favorite features were the outdoor TVs and speakers. We were able to connect to the speaker and listen to our music during the day. We also used the dock and brought our own pontoon. The ramp wasn’t far and the location on the lake was convenient. The swim up bar and outdoor shower/bathroom were also convenient. We did use the outdoor kitchen to serve lunches and grill our last nights dinner. I would not suggest this house if you have any mobility issues. Steps down to the pool do not have handrails and steps to the dock are not wheelchair accessible. In the house you will be okay but for full use of property it will be a struggle. Even though we stayed in June, this would be a great house in the fall/winter!
