Cozy 3-bedroom Lake Hartwell Close to Clemson & Green Pond Landing

Lake Hartwell or Clemson Sports fans this is your perfect place! Stay at this delightful 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, double over bunk bed, and 1 twin over twin bunk bed, there's plenty of room for all guests. Bunk room includes a 60inch Smart Tv, sofa and love seat! The property offers WiFi, a washing machine, an iron, AC, heating, and a hair dryer. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with tile showers and necessities. Additionally, open modern kitchen with living room / dining room and large windows with 180 degree view of the lake including anoyher 65in Smart TV for entertainment and with a sofa bed for extra space. Outdoor living includes grill several areas for sitting under the string lights to enjoy the fire pit or the hammock. Our driveway is great for parking boat trailers for your fishing tournaments or vacation. We have a private boat ramp less than a 1/2 mile from the driveway. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay!
