Location is great for business in the area but also have major construction all around the hotel and you will hear them start working around 7am. There are some nice restaurants nearby and you can walk to many more within 15-20 min at the most. The rooms are nice and clean but a little small for all that is inside them. The staff was great and very friendly. There are 3 restaurants at hotel and one had live music one evening. Easy to get cab....many parked right out front every morning and usually only a couple min wait during the day if there are none out front waiting. If you have business in downtown Tunis it would be better to stay closer to there as traffic is bad in the morning.
