Scary approaching the building...was super relieved when they very nice receptionist informed us that they needed to call 32 people to let us know they didn't have rooms for us (3 hours after the check-in time). Stay at your own risk...but the staff we encountered were all very kind.

It’s only staff there during a certain time after 10pm u will not be able to check in they charge u to clean your room no one comes to brings you towels or anything no sheets anything and I was there for over a month I had to go and buy my own everything and clean my room which I had no problems with if u get a room in the back it’s nosey because of the free way weekly rates are high to say that u have to get all these things yourself

I don’t know how this hotel is still in business. Dirty, no staff, many briken things in room, dirty bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper and no staff to call after 9 pm or before 9 am. Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for even one more night.

After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me.

Before i entered the building the entire place smell like piss but i still made my way inside because i had a previous booking that would have been charged to my account anyway. When i entered, i advised the receptionist that I had a booking, mind you this was almost mid-night, he advised me that there were no more rooms. I am female and i was alone. I had to run down my uber and find another hotel to stay at in the wee hours of the night. The area was dark and scary with hang arounds outside. I do not recommend.

My workers got there and found that they had arbitrarily canceled our reservation because they were overbooked. Why do you over book a hotel and then cancel my reservation that was already paid for? After a big hassle they were given a room that was totally unmade up- like the maids had started working on it- sheets and blankets piled up in the middle of the bed, garbage can on emptied it on top of a table (maybe they had or were going to vacuum). We won't be there again
