Casa de campo moderna renovada en poco menos de 8 acres y respalda más de 3,300 acres del parque estatal Evansburg. Hay 26 millas de senderos en el parque, junto con la pesca y la caza.

La casa es ciertamente única, y la porción original de la casa principal data de principios del siglo XIX. A través de muchas adiciones, la casa se ha expandido sobre la estructura original para incluir la casa principal, la casa de huéspedes y el garaje.

Great - Very Large - House

This is a wonderfull house to host a large mixed family group. There is so much common space on the main floor and the house is well appointed. We came with a multi-generational family group and the house made it very easy for everyone to enjoy the visit.

Wonderful Property!

Just spent 3 nights as this amazing home with family for a holiday get together. It was decorated beautifully, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with all you need. So much space to be together, but also have some quiet time when needed. Jeff, the property manager, is very responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Family wedding

This property was perfect for our large family to stay comfortably when we were in town for a wedding. There was enough comfortable spaces for everyone to find a their perfect spot. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare large meals and the outdoor areas were furnished and lush. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning property

We had a great time here. Mark was super responsive and the house was extremely clean. The only downside was a few dining chairs were unstable and there was a leak in the guest house. Other than that would highly recommend!

Best Rental Ever!

My family and I stayed here for a big family reunion and the pictures do not do it justice. The home was beautiful, the perfect space for family time. Jeff was always quick to respond to any questions I had. My family and I definitely want to come back and recreate the whole time.

Perfect home for our large group.

We spent 7 days here with a large group. The house was ideal for 5 families. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out if needed. We didn’t use many of the indoor activities the house had to offer since we spent each day at the awesome pool. We will be coming back again to make more summer memories.

East Coast Lacrosse Trip

This property was the perfect fit for multiple families staying the week between two weekend tournaments. We had a variety of different age kids and had never all stayed together. There was more than enough room for people to be together or have some alone time. No need to plan activities because this place has everything! Thank you for the amazing stay and we will be back!

Women’s Retreat 2023

2nd year in a row bringing 17 women to this amazing property for a 3-night women’s retreat! We didn’t think it was possible to top last year - but somehow it did (perfect weather helped)! Thanks Jeff for doing above and beyond - it’s a dream come true kinda place!!!

Fantastic home for our large family vacation

We had our annual family vacation at this beautiful home. The host was very quick to respond to some questions and communicated well. We had lots of room and activities for the whole extended family. The outside spaces were great. Our grandkids wanted to go to the park everyday. The property is so large and beautiful the kids thought the outside of the house was a park. We had a warm day and were able to enjoy the pool and spa. It was like being at a beautiful private resort.

Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We had a great time enjoying the pool and the property. We were also pleased to see air conditioning in the fitness center. We had 19 people total (ages 1 - 63) and had plenty of room for all of us. The pool was cleaned 2 times during our stay which was great. Except for the food store we never left the property during our entire week long stay. There were plenty of things to keep us busy. I would definitely recommend this property to other families.

Family Gathering

We had several family members in the area for a memorial service and needed beds, but more importantly a place to gather. The host was gracious in allowing us to gather after the memorial service with family (those registered plus others…not a party, a quiet gathering) at the house. We prepared a lovely meal to share with all family that gathered to say their good-byes. We reminisced, laughed and cried over our loved one. It was a very relaxing, and there was plenty of room to move about and comfortable for all ages.

A Magical Family Vacation

Words cannot adequately describe the magnificent vacation we enjoyed at this beautiful, gigantic farmhouse. Farmhouse does not do it justice. It was an absolutely gorgeous estate. The interior was hugely expansive, easily accommodating all 23 of us. The heated pool, ping pong and billiards table, play ground and bean bag toss all added to our immense delight. We absolutely recommend this vacation getaway to everyone and intend to return ourselves. Thank you, Jeff!

Beautiful home with all the amenities and space you need

The property is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you could need to host a large family gathering or event. The house is very spacious. Every room or space in the house is beautifully decorated and with all necessary amenities and more. We didn't stay over the summer but kept saying how we'd love to come back so we could enjoy the outdoor space and pool. Owner was great, always keeping me informed of anything pertinent and super responsive. Thank you for great weekend experience.
