The property is located on a quiet residential street just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, with its array of shops, restaurant and bars. You are also close to the river Exe - the perfect spot for a morning stroll, or a boat trip.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of Exeter and it's numerous attractions are within walking distance from the property. Exeter Central Train Station is just 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away.

Other Things to Note:
Whilst there is no parking at the apartment, public paid parking is available at Magdalen Road Pay and Display.
