Wonderful property, loved the historic parts and the renovations. The rooms in the newer wings are very modern. The gardens and pool area are very relaxing. Restaurants are good quality and the included breakfast buffet is really above and beyond. The staff was very responsive to service requests as well. All in all a great experience!!!

My flight was cancelled due to ongoing strikes at the Paris airport, which prevented me from checking in. Despite the situation being completely out of my control, they refused to issue a refund. If there's any chance your travel plans could be disrupted by unforeseen events, I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

The hotel staffer was efficient checking us in but not friendly. She seemed to be annoyed with our questions. The front desk people never asked to help us bring in our suitcases. Later we were waiting for our suitcases near the front desk and the woman at the front desk asked us to move to another room, really? She recommended restaurants in town for lunch but never mentioned that most restaurants close at 3:00 so we didn’t have lunch in town. The staff that held suitcases because our room wasn’t ready was very nice and delivered the bags to our room when we arrived later. The dinner staff were nice and the food was excellent!!! The location of the hotel is well out of town so the location is not convenient to other activities out of the spa hotel. It is a good place to relax. The historic nature of the hotel was amazing!

This hotel is the finest we have ever stayed at. The convent facility was historic and beyond description for quiet and relaxation. The spa was clean and full featured. My wife received a facial. Above all the staff was polite and professional. Five star dining and we joined wine tasting as well. Evora is a wonderful place to visit.

This was a unique and beautiful hotel located just out of Évora. It was a peaceful oasis of gardens, spa, outdoor pool and covent interior to explore. The outdoor pool was fabulous for swimming laps. The restaurant was gourmet.
