There is a keeping room off the kitchen with a fireplace that allows you to watch t.v. and socialize with other guest. Spacious great room with fireplace and guest bedroom with full bath on main floor. There are 4 bedrooms up including a owner's suite with fireplace, and owner's bath with tiled shower. Large 3rd story bedroom with connected full bath. Every bedroom and entertaining area has a smart t.v. After a long day enjoy relaxing under the covered patio which includes an outdoor flat screen t.v. or lay under the pergalo in one of the three hammocks. There is also a Rectec grill for outdoor grilling. The neighborhood also offers Resort style amenities such as a Junior Olympic size pool, pavilion with grilling area and gazebos. Property comes with Keyless entry
