Spacious yet cozy, the open layout provides the perfect retreat for Masters patrons looking for a safe, quiet, convenient, and nice stay while in town with quick drive to the Augusta National. It features a kitchen with high end Frigidaire appliances (to include gas 5 burner stove), that is fully equipped for your convenience. There is a powder room conveniently located off the main floor kitchen. We have a workout area for use with 50” tv which offers a treadmill, recumbent bike, and a workout bench with weights. There is no shortage of seating and gathering spaces at this home - there are comfortable couches and recliners in the living room featuring a 70” tv, a formal dining room that seats 8, a second floor media room featuring board games, a couch, and 55 “ tv to watch movies, a covered front porch with chairs and, backyard outdoor covered area with seating and grill. The yard is well maintained and enclosed by a privacy fence.

Inside the house there are 4 bedrooms, with 2 of them (one upstairs and one downstairs) being primaries with en suite bathrooms. Both also offer blackout curtains. The downstairs primary bedroom (king bed) has an en suite bathroom that includes soaking tub, shower, double vanity, and private water closet. The upstairs primary bedroom (king bed) is massive and includes a sitting room with a fireplace and large mounted television. The en suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, a shower, two vanities, and a private water closet. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom layout with individual vanities on either side, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and toilet. One bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and the other has a full size bed. The third bathroom is located in the hallway (with second entrance from media room) with toilet and tub/shower combo. A laundry room is available with a washer and dryer for use as needed, and is located at the top of the stairs.

*Queen size Aerobed blow up mattress will be available for use if needed.

** Because this is our personal residence and only rented out for Masters week, some of the closets will be locked (along with our garage) with our items within. Hanging garment racks will be provided in these rooms.

This home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Somerset at Williamsburg, in Evans, GA. There are over 10 places to enjoy a round of golf within 15 miles, to include: Champions Retreat, Bartram Trail, Forest Hills, Augusta Country Club, Augusta Municipal golf course, Mount Vintage, The River Golf Club, and Rocky Branch. Within 20 minutes you can be at the Augusta National and many other popular local attractions and restaurants.
