Commanding a prime position in the heart of Evans Head, this neat and tidy low set detached villa is one of five and located at the back of the complex with a fully enclosed yard - a perfect property for a relaxing holiday with the family. Walking distance to the main beach, bowling club and shops once you park the car the keys can be locked away for the rest of your stay. Three bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans, providing plenty of room for the whole family. The bathroom has a bath perfect for young children as well as a separate shower and second toilet.

Great location

Property was very comfortable and an easy walk for the morning paper. However we arrived a day early and were charged for the day but, we left a day early and were not refunded for that day. We’re promised that it would be looked into but have heard nothing.
