Mid Century Style Cottage Near Historic Downtown

Our mid-century cottage is conveniently located near the historic district of Eustis. The city has a charming downtown that borders Lake Eustis, with a large lakefront park. They host many events including a 1st Friday event each month along with many seasonal events. Mount Dora, a very popular central Florida downtown has great restaurants and unique old charm, located only 7 minutes away. 5 connected lakes are only a few minutes from the house and offer more great vacation fun opportunities.

This property doesn't have a stove or oven. We have a crockpot, griddle, and microwave as cook options.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

I had a great time here with my family. The property was in excellent condition. It was very homey with all the amenities. I will definitely be using them again for future stays. Joe was very communicative and helpful. This is a definite 5 star property.
