Requested an “easy access” room due to mobility issues… room was changed within minutes!!! During stay found iron didn’t work - new one delivered in minutes!!!! What more could I ask for??? Clean and tidy… close to where I needed to be!! Owners/Operators were very friendly and welcoming!!!!

We stayed two nights, no room cleaning was done after our first night stay. The bed had an older egg crate foam topper which my husband and I had to remake the bed as the topper rolled up (huge bump in middle of bed). Since no room service we didn’t have restock of our coffee. Not much interaction with the front desk. It was not like we remembered the last two times we stayed there. I believe we will look elsewhere next trip to Eureka Springs.

Great stay

This was our second time staying here, and we still love it! The rooms are cozy, the owners are very nice and the location is perfect! We decided to stay for an extra night and they didn't make us change rooms, which was very nice. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at the lodge in one of the jacuzzi tub rooms. For an older Lodge we were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the place. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi was very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and the price was very affordable. We definitely got more than what we paid for. When we entered the room there was a very elegant wine glass setup on the bed and it was very inviting. There was also a wine chilling bucket in the room. The double jacuzzi tub was very comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again

The motel was fine, it was quiet but could definitely smell the smoking of others around the room, even when outside. The shower curtain was covered in mold but rest of the room was clean and quiet.

Great hotel in a great location. The view from our door was beautiful. We didn’t get in until late and the employee at the front desk was super friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. Room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. We definitely plan on staying here again and will be recommended it to our friends.
