Good clean room, bathroom good. This is not a chain, so it is not the cookie-cutter room, which is pleasing to me. The bed was comfortable, pillows were not great but worked. Air condition was okay, my only unhappiness.

It's a decent hotel. It's really not fancy but you're not paying a high price either. The staff is extremely friendly. I think they should make the pool area look a little nicer. However the rooms aren't bad.

We have stayed here before and really liked it. Found out it is under new ownership but everything was just as great as it was previously. I always recommend The Lodge to friends looking for a clean, friendly place to stay. Ask for a room off the back patio, we sat out there in the evenings. They have a great pool as well. Very family-friendly.

The lady at the front desk was super sweet and made check in easy. The property is older just like 99% of the properties in Eureka Springs. Each room is decorated differently and makes it feel so homey. It is quiet and the view out back is beautiful. It was spotless clean and the mattress was very comfortable. I will be staying here again soon. 10/10 recommend!
