We enjoyed our stay. The property is awesome so peaceful. Jacuzzi tub was nice plenty of hot water. The free breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff and service was amazing. The room was clean upon arrival. We plan to stay again!!!!!

We had an amazing time and enjoyed the quaint cottage, cozy and nicely decorated. The breakfast was wonderful, different every day and the host and his helpers really did everything to make you appreciated.

This place is what dreams are made of. It is conveniently close to eveything...restaurants, antiques, thorn crown chapel, ziplining..but far enough away to be quiet. The cottages are quaint, the decor is adorable, the made from scratch breakfasts and french press coffee are top notch. Highly recommend to stay here!

Cozy cabin

The cabin we stayed in was the hummingbird cabin. It was very cozy and had a whirlpool tub which felt great after walking around town. Steve cooked some outstanding breakfast’s. He was also very sociable and knowledgeable about the Eureka Springs area.

This property is so cute! The owners are very nice and responsive to questions. They made sure that we didn't have any allergies that would need to be accommodated. Check in and check out was very easy. Breakfast was Hawaiian Loco Moco and pineapple upside down cake. Everything was really good! The owner said he prefers to make untraditional items for breakfast. My only critique would be that we had to walk through the kitchen to get to the dining area. You won't regret staying here!

Proper maintenance goes a long way....

We loved the cottages however, when we arrived the room was sweltering hot (91 degrees) and the A.C. was not working, apparently due to a clogged filter. They switched us to another cottage, a downgrade from the one we paid for with the king bed but with no offer to refund the difference of the cost of the room. Then, in the middle of the night the carbon monoxide detector kept chirping (loud), keeping us up through the night, apparently due to a low battery. Both of these issues could have been avoided with proper maintenance of the facility. Apart from these issues our stay was pleasant, as well as the staff.

These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price.

This place was cute. The overall experience was good. The bed was very comfortable once you climb up into it (SO TALL and I’m 5’10). The room was clean and well stocked, the shower is TINY, it made me a little claustrophobic honestly, but clearly these cabins have been around for ages and it is understandable. The location was good and for a short weekend, we would stay here again.
