At Ozark Escape, you'll want to spend the day outside on our two spacious decks. Enjoy your morning coffee in the porch swing on the front deck! Then in the evening, relax on the secluded back deck surrounded by trees and sweeping views of the mountains from the large hot tub spa! Top it all off with a s’more at the fire pit and a steak from the grill.



When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area create the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV with all your favorite streaming channels, a huge selection of DVD's, a fireplace, a basket of cozy throw blankets, and plush seating. Whether you're preparing delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoying a board game at the dining table, the seamless flow of this space ensures everyone can be part of the fun.



When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three beds:

(1) The first bedroom has a Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.

(2) The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) The open loft has a Queen size bed and desk/chair.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (except the detached garage) all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Located off a paved road with distance in between neighbors.



Getting Around:

Drive only 9 miles to Eureka Springs. 4 miles to Table Rock Lake and Holiday Island hiking Trails. 40 miles to Silver Dollar City.



Other Things to Note:

★ The property is specifically located in Holiday Island, a community near Eureka Springs. However, Google Maps occasionally identifies the property as being in Eureka Springs due to its proximity.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
